DG MasterClass offers online courses in branding, design, and creative business development. These courses provide insights, strategies, and methodologies developed by award-winning brand designers. However, completion of any course does not guarantee employment or business success.

 

3. Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is open to individuals worldwide, provided they meet the course prerequisites.
  • Payment must be made in full before gaining access to the course materials.
  • All sales are final, and refunds are subject to the refund policy outlined at the time of purchase.

 

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

  • All course content, including videos, texts, PDFs, templates, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Designer and Gentleman and is protected under copyright law.

  • By enrolling in DG MasterClass, students grant Designer and Gentleman the right to use their work for promotional purposes in all materials such as, but not limited to, digital presentations, web content, PR texts, exhibitions, and print materials. This applies to work created during the course unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. No Guarantee of Employment or Business Growth

While our courses are designed to equip students with real-world branding skills, Designer and Gentleman does not guarantee employment, freelance work, or business success in any market. Your results depend on your own skills, application, and market conditions.

 

6. Freelance & Business Opportunities

Graduates may choose to apply their knowledge by:

  • Seeking employment opportunities in branding, marketing, or creative industries.
  • Offering their services on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, UpWork, and Toptal.
  • Starting their own branding agency or consulting business.
  • Top-performing students from select MasterClass programs may be invited to apply for projects within the Designer and Gentleman network, but this is not guaranteed.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

DG MasterClass and Designer and Gentleman are not liable for:

  • Any loss of business, job opportunities, or income resulting from the course.
  • Any technical disruptions affecting the availability of course content.
  • Any third-party tools or platforms referenced in the course.
